CONCLUSIÓN

El esfuerzo físico de moderada intensidad no aumentó las troponinas, aun en pacientes con Enfermedad coronaria tratada y Rehabilitada.

El hecho de mantener las Troponinas negativas, antes y después de la Carrera, indica que los parámetros de seguridad que fueron implementados en los pacientes estudiados , resultaron eficaces y que los criterios de seguridad en el programa de Rehabilitación Cardiaca son efectivos aún fuera del control medico y en condiciones de competencia.

No se podría asegurar que exista o no injuria Miocárdica durante la actividad física máxima, pues ninguno de los pacientes debió trabajar cerca de su Máximo esfuerzo, es necesario realizar futuras investigaciones sobre la reversibilidad de las elevaciones transitorias de las Tn en los pacientes cardiacos.
